Another Photo Hunt!

QExciting news! Eileen and Joy have launched their Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt so the search for photos is on!

These hunts are great fun so do think about joining in. Here is the list for this year.

1.   A robin redbreast
2.   Tinsel
3.   Outside lighting
4.   A star
5.   A snowman
6.   A puddle
7.   Berries and/or nuts
8.   A wreath
9.   A tree that has lost all its leaves
10.  A windy day
11.  Your favourite pudding
12.  A fancy button
13.  Street art
14.  Afternoon tea
15.  Candle light
16.  A chimney
17.  A ladder
18.  An arrow
19.  A fountain
20.  Cutlery
21.  Your own handwriting (this one is compulsory and cannot be substituted)

If you find any of the above hard to get you may substitute one or both of the subjects below, except No. 21 which is compulsory.
Alt A  A supermarket trolley or basket, filled with shopping
Alt B  An animal statue
Alt C  Metal railings
So why not make a start straight away?
I think No. 7 is an interesting combination. There are lots of berries around but nuts? Not sure of my chances of finding some outside so here is a start from the supermarket.

Then while I am in the supermarket here is Alternative A. My shopping trolley.

Everyone is always very interested in my trolley which I find mildly irritating. I get a lot of comments on how full it is. Do I have a large family? Am I having a party? The answer is no I just save up my visit and only shop every 2 to 3 weeks.
So who has spotted it? Yes you are right that is some ready made puff pastry hiding between the kiwis and the paracetamol!
Have fun every one joining in and I look forward to seeing all the results.

  2. I love these hunts - and also save up my shopping so I don't have to go often - not a big fan of shopping.

  3. I bought some of the exact same pastry myself today! I can make my own; but I love this stuff!

I'm a terrible trolley peeker. Sorry. I like seeing what everyone else is buying just in case it gives me some inspiration

  5. Thanks for the heads up! I haven't been to visit blogs much lately, but I do try to participate in the winter hunt. I like your nuts (what an odd sentence that is!).
And I'm looking forward to seeing everyone shopping baskets.
